Bulk Product

The bulk product feature lets store owners update large numbers of products at once by importing or exporting Excel files — especially useful for seasonal turnovers or batch price/stock adjustments.

Entering the Page

From the left main menu, click "Products", then "Bulk Product". The page header reads: Bulk Product.

Top-bar Buttons

Download Products
Opens the download dialog where you can filter by category, stock, etc., then export an Excel file
Upload Products
Enter the upload page to upload an Excel file and bulk-add or update products
Refresh
Reload the task list; the button shows "Last refreshed: [time]" beside it

The top of the page also notes: "For any issues, WhatsApp customer service: 39745020 or report here", and "Stock download is limited to twice per day".

Usage LimitsBulk upload/update only supports desktop; mobile shows "Bulk upload/update only supports desktop".

Task Table

The page body is a task list showing your past import/export tasks:

Shows a "View Details" button; click to open the download dialog
Job Name
Product Upload / Stock Download / Stock Update
Status
Pending / Done / Error
Created Time / Start Time / End Time
Each time field (pending tasks show "Pending start" and "Pending end")
Error Reason
Shows the error message on failure; can be copied to report to support

Task Status Values

StatusMeaning
PendingTask created, awaiting system processing
DoneTask completed successfully
ErrorTask failed; possible reasons: data validation error, primary language not yet set, records exceed limit, product creation error

Error Handling

If the error reads "You cannot modify the worksheet title; please rename the worksheet back to 'Main Lang'", restore the worksheet name before uploading. For other unknown errors, copy the error message and contact support via WhatsApp at 39745020.

Bulk Product NotesBulk upload/update only supports desktop; daily stock download is capped at 2 times. If a previous export is still processing, the next request shows "Please wait for the previous export to complete". Carefully match the template fields before importing to avoid format issues that fail the entire batch.
