Click the "Store Credit / Birthday Credit" card on the entry page. The breadcrumb shows: Member Management / Store Credit / Birthday Credit.
Conversion rate
The system's default conversion rate is shown at the top of the page: "1 store credit = HK$1".
Earning mechanics
| Mode | Description |

| Order percentage | After an order is completed, N% of the order amount is rebated as store credit |
| Award by spending threshold | For example, "Earn 50 store credits for every HK$500 spent" |
| No rebate | Disable store credit rebates |
Birthday credit settings
You can set the "Birthday Credit Amount" and the "Redemption Conditions" (the customer must spend a specified amount to claim it). Only available to members who have filled in their birthday; members can log in during their birthday month to claim the store credit.

All three share the same walletAll three types of store credit belong to the same wallet; members use them at checkout regardless of source. From the member list page, you can bulk add "+Birthday Credit", "+Gift Credit", "-Gift Credit", or "Change Expiry Date".
