Accessing the Page

From the left main menu, click "Broadcast Center". Once inside, the top displays: Broadcast Center. The top right of the page features a "New Broadcast Message" dropdown (offering 7 broadcast methods) and a "Filter" dropdown (filter by completed / sending / pending / closed / failed).

Creation Workflow

  1. Choose MethodClick the "New Broadcast Message" dropdown at the top of the page and select the corresponding method.
  2. Fill in Broadcast ContentFill in the broadcast name, title, content, target, send date, and other fields based on the method.
  3. Preview / Save DraftClick the preview button to confirm the layout; can be saved as a draft for later sending.
  4. Schedule / Send NowSet a send date to schedule delivery; the list shows status (completed / sending / pending / closed / failed).
Operational TipsFor major promotions, combine multiple methods (Email + WhatsApp + Announcements) to reach customers with different habits simultaneously. SMS is charged per message — recommended only for high-priority notifications. To avoid customer fatigue, limit email broadcasts to no more than 4 per month.
