Accessing the page
From the left main menu, click 'Quick Link', then select 'Quick Payment Link'. Once inside, the top displays: Shopay Payment Records. The page is divided into two main tabs: 'Records' (list of payment orders) and 'Settings' (enable settings and notes options).

Enable Shopay?
Toggle on/off; whether to enable the Shopay payment feature
Enable buyer notes?
Toggle on/off; whether customers can add notes when paying via the link
Enable merchant notes?
Toggle on/off; whether the merchant's internal note field is enabled
Operation Flow
- Enable Shopay and get the linkEnable Shopay on the Settings tab and click 'Get Link'.
- Enter the amount and notesEnter the amount to be collected and (optionally) a note.
- Share the link / QR CodeClick 'Copy Link' or 'Download QR Code' (which can be printed on promotional materials). You can also click 'Preview' to see the customer-facing view.
- Customer pays + status updatesThe customer clicks the link, selects a payment method, and completes the payment. After payment, the system updates the status (Pending / Paid / Expired) on the Records tab.
Best Use Cases
- Top-up payment:The order is complete, but the customer needs to pay an additional amount.
- Deposit:Ask the customer to pay a deposit to secure a service or product.
- Special quote:A privately negotiated amount with a customer; offline payment top-up; tips/donations.
- Physical store:Print QR codes on receipts, invoices, table tents, or in physical stores so customers can pay by scanning.
