From the left main menu, click "Orders", then "View Orders". The page header reads: Orders.

Opens the export dialog to export an order report (CSV); during download it shows "Downloading report..."

Clear all filters and search criteria
Export LimitsYou can only export once every 3 minutes; if there's too much data, the system auto-splits into multiple files of 500 records each.
Order Status Tabs

Search and Filter
In the middle of the page, above the table, there's a search field with the placeholder "Search by order number, customer name, email, or contact". You can choose to search by "Order Number" or "Customer Info". If "Order Date Range Search" is enabled, you can also pick a date range.

Enter the order detail page to adjust each item
Edit Order
Modify products, quantities, and prices in the order (requires the "Modify Product Orders" subscription)
Split Order
Split a single order into multiple separate orders
Copy Order Link
Copies the buyer-facing order link to the clipboard so you can share it with the customer
Update Status
One-click update to mark the order as "Fully Completed"
Cancel Order
Sets the order status to Cancelled; this action is irreversible — please confirm first
Payment Proof
If the customer has uploaded payment proof, click to view it enlarged
Create Logistics Order
Create an SF Express / ZTO / ShipAny logistics order
Print Logistics Order
Print the corresponding logistics order
Order Link Sharing NoticeIf a customer hasn't received the order email, use the "Copy Order Link" button to send the URL directly to them; however, anyone holding the link can view the order and its messages — share with care.
Customer-side Display (Orders)
- Order Confirmation Email:After submitting an order, customers receive a confirmation email with an order link. Clicking it lets them view the latest status, payment status, shipping progress, and product details on the buyer page.
- Real-time Status Sync:Once you update "Payment Status" or "Shipping Progress" on the order detail page, the customer's order page instantly reflects the new status (e.g., "Paid", "Shipped").
- Payment Proof Marker:Orders with uploaded payment proof show "Payment Proof Uploaded" with a check mark on the buyer page.
- Notifications Stop on Cancellation:Once you cancel an order, the customer's order page shows "Cancelled" and notifications stop.
