Entering the Page
From the left main menu, click "Stock", then "Stock" (the top item). The page header reads: Stock.
Keyword Search
Search Type Dropdown
Five search types: "Product Name", "Product Option", "Product Code", "Option Code", and "Product Barcode"
Keyword Field
Placeholder reads "Enter [search type] keyword", e.g., "Enter product name keyword"
Show Unlimited Stock Products
Toggle switch; when on, also lists products set to unlimited stock; off by default
Advanced Filters
Category
Dropdown menu to filter by product category
Price Range
Set the minimum and maximum amount
Stock Range
Set the minimum and maximum stock quantity
Stock Table Columns
Product Thumbnail
Main product image; click to jump to the product edit page
Product Option
Shows the product name and option (e.g., "2024 Summer Linen Shirt > Red > M")
Price
Selling price of the option
Unlimited
Toggle switch; when on, the stock field becomes "Unlimited" and the quantity input is disabled
Current Stock
Real-time stock count for the option; you can type a new value directly in the field
Quick Restock
Type the amount to add directly in the field; the value is added to the existing stock
Actions
Has "Save" and "Revert" links
Operational Flow
- Find the target option rowSearch or scroll the table to find the option row to adjust.
- Type the new valueType a new value directly in the "Current Stock" field, or type the amount to add in the "Quick Restock" field.
- Save or revertClick "Save" on the row to confirm the change; if you made a mistake, click "Revert" to restore the original value.
Current Stock vs Unlimited Stock

Customer-side Display (Stock)
- Current Stock Hits Zero：Once stock reaches zero on a "Current Stock" option, customers see the option marked "Sold Out" on the product page and can't pick it; the product card may also show a "Sold Out" tag.
- Unlimited Stock Always Available：Options set to "Unlimited Stock" can be purchased anytime without waiting for restock; "Sold Out" never shows.
- Linked with Auto-pre-order on Sold Out：If "Auto-pre-order on Sold Out" is also enabled, when stock hits zero the system auto-converts the product to pre-order status (see the "Differences Between Validity Period, Pre-order, and Auto-pre-order on Sold Out" section on the Products page).
