Entering the Page
From the left main menu, click "Stock", then "Bulk Stock". The page header reads: Bulk Operations.

Opens the export filter dialog so you can download an Excel file of current product data and stock; last refresh time shown beside it

Reload the task list

Unique reference ID for the task
Job Name
Product Upload / Stock Download / Stock Update
Type
Task type (Product / Broadcast)
Status
Pending / Done / Error; on error, the failure reason is shown
Time
Shows created time, start time, and end time
Download File
Once an export task completes, you can click to download the file

Failure message when the task fails
Common Error Messages
If an upload fails, check the "Error Reason" column. Common messages include:
- Data Validation Error：A field in the Excel file has the wrong format (e.g., price contains non-numeric characters).
- Primary Language Not Set Error：The product must first be created in the primary language before translations can be added in other languages.
- Records Exceed Limit：The single upload exceeds the per-batch record limit.
- Product Creation Error：An unexpected issue occurred during product creation; report the error info to support.

Operational TipsBefore uploading, click "Export" to download existing product data as a template, modify it as needed, then upload — this avoids field format errors. When uploading large amounts of data, batch it in groups of 500 or fewer.
