Accessing the page
From the left main menu, click 'Promotions', then select 'Site Tracking Tools'. Once inside, the top displays: Site Tracking Tools. The page provides three main tracking tool cards, each containing an enable toggle, ID input field, and tutorial link.

Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a centralized site traffic statistics service from Google. It manages a container of multiple tracking codes. Once connected, you can download GTM configuration templates customized by the SHOPAGE team.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a site traffic statistics service from Google. GA4 tracking IDs start with G-XXXXXXX. The legacy UA-XXXX format is still supported but no longer recommended.
Facebook Pixel
Facebook Pixel is used to track Facebook user behavior. Enter the merchant's Facebook Pixel ID (the field hint says 'Please enter your Pixel ID'). After clicking 'Submit', the setting takes effect immediately.
