Accessing the page
Click the "Member Tiers" card on the entry page. You can create multiple tiers and enable the "Auto-upgrade" feature.
Tier table columns
Tier
Auto-numbered by the system (1, 2, 3…)
Tier name
For example: Beginner Member, Intermediate Member, Senior Member
Total spend requirement (completed orders)
Members who reach this amount will be automatically upgraded to this tier
Actions
Includes "Edit" and "Delete" buttons
Steps to add a member tier
- Click "Add Member Tier"Click the "Add Member Tier" button at the top of the page.
- Enter the tier nameEnter the "Tier Name" (cannot be empty).
- Enter the spending thresholdEnter the amount for "Total spend requirement (completed orders)"; cannot duplicate existing tiers.
- Click SaveClick the "Save" button to confirm.
Enable auto-upgrade
A toggle switch is available at the top of the page. When enabled, the system automatically upgrades members based on their total spend whenever an order's status changes to "All Completed". When disabled, you must manually adjust each member from the "Member List".
Notes on member discountsMember discounts cannot be combined with discount codes. If a member uses a discount code, the member discount will automatically be invalidated. Please keep this in mind when setting member prices.
