Entering the Page
From the left main menu, click "My Shop", then choose "URL". Once inside, the top displays: Custom URL. The page is divided into two tabs/collapsible panels: "Apply for Independent URL" and "I Already Have an Independent URL"; once configured, a "301 Redirect" table is additionally displayed at the bottom of the page.
Apply for Independent URL
Within the "Apply for Independent URL" tab, enter the desired URL main name, select a suffix, and click the "Apply" button to perform an availability check.
Check Results
I Already Have an Independent URL
Within the "I Already Have an Independent URL" tab, enter the URL you already own (including suffix, e.g. mybrand.com), and click the "Apply" button. After applying, go to your URL provider's management page and follow the DNS setup diagram provided by the system to point the URL to SHOPAGE. Setup typically takes effect within 24 hours.

301 Redirect
When the shop owner moves from an old URL (e.g. mybrand.com/old-page) to a new online store, a 301 redirect can be set up in a separate section at the bottom of the page to automatically redirect the old URL to the new URL, preserving search engine ranking and avoiding broken links for customers.
- Enter the Old URL and Redirect URLIn the first row of the table, enter the "Old URL" (excluding https://) and the "Redirect URL" (including https://).
- Click the "Save" LinkCreated redirects are listed below; click "Refresh" to reload the list.
- If You Need to RemoveClick the "Delete" link on the right of that row, and click "Confirm" in the confirmation dialog.
Customer-Side Display Effect (URL)
- Instant Replacement of New URL：The custom URL set up will instantly replace the original 店名.shopage.org. Customers will see the new URL in the address bar, social media share links, and Google search results.
- Old Links Auto-redirect：When a customer clicks an old link, the configured 301 redirect will automatically redirect to the new URL with no waiting; the address bar instantly shows the new URL.
- Customer Bookmark Recommendation：If a customer has bookmarked the old URL, the redirect will lead them to the new URL; we recommend the shop owner proactively notify customers to update bookmarks via store announcement or EDM.
