Accessing the Page
From the left main menu, click "Marketing", then select "Site Announcements". Once inside, the top displays: Text Editor. The page is divided into 4 sections: announcement style selection, announcement content editor, preview, and third-party plugin announcements.
Announcement Styles

| Countdown | Countdown timer displays before a specified date; can be paired with left/right text announcements |

| Floating Image / Floating Youtube / Instagram Video Announcement | A small image window or video that floats in a corner of the page, with a close button in the top-right corner |
| Pop-up Announcement | Pops up when customers visit the store for the first time; offers a "Don't show again today" checkbox option |
Editing Fields
Announcement Text / Word Count
Main content of the announcement; the top of the text editor displays "Word count: N". It is recommended to keep announcement text within 30 characters to avoid truncation in marquee styles
Hyperlink Style / URL
Choose between text/button/disabled link; enter a hyperlink URL that customers will be redirected to upon clicking
Content Position
Left-aligned / Centered
Marquee Speed / Delay
Adjustable scroll speed (in seconds) for marquee styles
Countdown Target Date and Time
Countdown end date (YYYY-MM-DD) and time (HH:mm)
Desktop / Mobile Image
Desktop image (required); mobile image (optional) — if left blank, the desktop image will be used
Theme Style / Button Color
Background and text color of the announcement; when button style is enabled, the background and text color of the button
Pop-up Announcements (Third-Party Plugin)
The lower section of the page provides 12 pop-up announcement templates. Each card can be independently enabled and configured with image, title, subtitle, content, button, display position, start/end date, and more.
Operational TipsFor major promotions, we recommend combining "Static Text Announcement" + "Countdown Announcement" + "Pop-up Announcement" to create multiple touchpoints. Recommended image announcement dimensions: desktop 1920x400 px, mobile 750x400 px to avoid distortion.
Customer-Facing Display (Site Announcements)
- Static / Marquee：Customers see the announcement bar at the top of the page as soon as they enter the storefront, displayed statically or scrolling based on the configured style.
- Countdown Announcement：Displays a countdown to the target time, creating a sense of urgency; the announcement is automatically hidden after expiration.
- Pop-up Announcement：Pops up when customers visit the store for the first time; customers can close it or click the call-to-action button.
