Accessing the Page
From the left main menu, click "Marketing", then select "Ads". Once inside, the top displays: Product Ads. The page is divided into two main tabs: "Ad List" and "Performance Analytics".

Refund PolicyAds can be deleted within 5 minutes of creation for a full refund of points.
Creating a New Ad (3-Step Wizard)
- Select ProductsSelect the products to advertise (at least 1, recommended 1-3). Recommended image size: 500x500 px.
- Set Up Ad ContentEnter the ad title, ad content, Facebook ad title / set title, Facebook Pixel ID, ad cost (minimum HK$500), daily spending cap, and start/end times.
- Target AudienceSet the age range, gender (male / female / all), and region (Hong Kong / Taiwan), then click "Create" to submit.

Facebook Pixel RequiredBefore running ads, be sure to connect Facebook Pixel (Marketing -> Site Tracking Tools) to track actual sales conversions. Running ads without Pixel set up means actual ROAS cannot be tracked (only impressions and clicks). The minimum total cost is HK$500, deducted from store credit or ad balance; if the balance is insufficient, the ad will automatically pause.
