Referral & Affiliate Program Overview
The system offers two mechanisms that can run at the same time, both paying rewards as store credit. The Referral Program is open to every member — members obtain and share their own referral code. The Affiliate Program is for individual members you designate, who receive their own reward settings and keep earning commission on every completed order.

How to Access
In the admin, open "Advanced Promotions" and select "Referral" to reach the Referral & Affiliate Program page. The page has three tabs at the top: Referral Program, Affiliate Program, and Records.
Referral Program Tab (Store-wide Settings)
Once you turn on the "Referral Program (all members)" toggle, every member can obtain a referral code on their account page and take part. The following can be configured:
Affiliate Program Tab (Individual Partners)
Use this to designate long-term partners one by one and set independent rewards for each. Click "Add Affiliate Partner" at the top right and follow these steps:
- Select a memberClick "Select Member" to open the picker, search by email or name and filter by member tier, then click "Select".
- Confirm partner typeThe partner type is fixed as "long-term partner" — after a successful referral, commission is earned on every completed order.
- Set the referral offerChoose the promotion the referred customer can enjoy after ordering, or select "no offer".
- Set the rewardChoose the reward type (percentage or fixed amount), enter the reward amount/rate, and optionally set a reward cap and maximum cumulative reward.
- SaveClick "Save" when done. The partner list shows buyer email, referral code, reward, confirmed balance and status, and each partner can be enabled or disabled at any time.
Records Tab
A list of all referral and affiliate reward records, including referrer, referred customer, order number, type, order amount, reward amount, status and creation date. Reward status has three states:
What Customers See
- Get a referral code：After signing in, on the "My Referral Code" page the customer sets a custom code of 4-10 uppercase letters or digits, or generates one at random; once set, the code cannot be changed.
- Copy the referral link：The Referral Program offers "Copy Link"; the Affiliate Program offers "Copy Homepage Link" and "Copy Registration Link" for easy sharing.
- View stats and records：The page shows the number of people referred, store credit earned, program details and referral records.
- Apply at checkout：A referred customer expands the "Referral Code" field at checkout to enter and apply the code; entering via a referral link fills it in automatically. The referral offer is valid for 3 days.
