Accessing the Page
From the left main menu, click "Marketing", then select "Forms". Once inside, the top displays: Forms. The page is divided into a form list and a "Create Form" button. The list table includes columns for form title, form description, response count, and actions (preview / configure / responses / view online / copy link / delete).
Form Types

| Standalone Form | A standalone form for any purpose, with a shareable link for any customer to fill out |
| Form Responses | Click the "Responses" button on any form to enter; you can search, filter by date range, sort, and edit/delete responses |
Question Types
After entering the form editor page, click the "Add Question" button to add questions. Each question can be configured with a "title", a "required" toggle, and "minimum/maximum answer options" (for multi-select types). Common question types:
Form Responses
Click the "Responses" button on any form to enter. You can search by keyword, filter by date range, sort from old/new to new/old, and "edit response" or "delete response" individually.
