Analytics Center

Analytics Center (labelled "New Statistics" in the sidebar) is your advanced data dashboard with breakdowns by category, payment method, member tier, new vs returning customers and online vs in-store.

Entering the Page

From the left main menu, click "My Shop", then choose "New Statistics". Once inside, the top displays: Data Analytics Center. By default, a horizontal top menu is shown containing 5 main categories: "Home", "Revenue", "Products", "Customers", and "Orders".

Home
Displays an overall KPI overview for the day/period
Revenue (Overview / Details / Payment Methods)
Breaks down sales performance, gross profit, refunds, and the share of each payment method
Products (Overview / Product Sales Analysis)
Product sales volume, product category sales rankings
Customers (Overview / Spending Customer Analysis)
Member tier distribution, new vs returning customer ratio, cumulative total customer growth
Orders
Total orders, average order value, average daily orders, cancelled order statistics

Omnichannel / Online Store / Physical Store Categories

A category switcher is provided at the top of the page. After selection, all KPIs are recalculated in real time:

OmnichannelCalculates all orders from both online store and physical store (POS) simultaneously
Online StoreCalculates only orders placed through the online store
Physical StoreCalculates only physical store orders completed through POS
GuestOrders created by customers who have not signed up as members

Date Range and Quick Selection

A date range picker is provided at the top right; you can customise start and end dates up to 90 days. Exceeding this will prompt "Date out of range, maximum 90 days". Quick selections include "Today / Yesterday / This Week / Last Week / This Month / Last Month".

Pending Confirmation / Confirmed / Completed / Cancelled (multi-select supported)

Pending Shipment / Preparing to Ship / Shipped / In Progress (multi-select supported)

Pending Payment / Paid / Expired / Partially Completed (multi-select supported)

Data Calculation Formulas

Each KPI has an info tooltip; hover over the info icon to view the corresponding calculation method. The table below shows the actual calculation formulas used by the system for shop owners to verify when reconciling.

Revenue (After Refunds)
Total order amount − refund amount
Total Cancellations
Total amount of cancelled orders
Cost of Goods Sold
Total cost of all products sold during the period
Gross Profit
Total amount of completed orders − total amount of cancelled orders
Gross Profit Margin
Gross profit ÷ revenue

Payment Method Category

Payment Amount / Number of Payments
Total paid amount; number of payments is the total number of payments made through that payment method
Average Payment Amount
Total paid amount ÷ total number of payments through that payment method
Refunds / Number of Refunds
Total refunded amount; number of refunds is the total number of refunds made through that payment method
Net Amount
Total paid amount − total refund amount

Customer Category

Total Purchase Value (TPV)
Cumulative total amount spent by customers during the period
Average Purchase Value (APV / AOV)
Total spending amount ÷ total spending visits
Repurchase Rate
Customers who made purchases before the selected date range and made purchases again within the range ÷ all spending customers within the period
New Customers
Customers who did not shop before the selected period and completed an order within the period; even multiple purchases within the period still count as new customers
Returning Customers
Customers who shopped before the selected period and shopped again within the period

Statistics vs Data Analytics Center

The underlying data of both pages is identical; only the presentation differs. Use "Statistics" for daily browsing; "Data Analytics Center" is recommended for month-end reconciliation or in-depth analysis.
