Payment Settings

Configure accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card (Stripe/PayPal), cash on delivery, in-store, custom methods.

Entering the Page

From the left main menu, click "Settings", then choose "Payment Settings". Reminder: "All bank transfer / cash on delivery / face-to-face payment orders require manual order status updates so that customers can be informed of the latest order status."

Main Payment Methods

Bank Transfer
You can configure available banks, bank, account holder, and account number; multiple bank accounts can be added
Credit Card (Stripe)
Enable and connect Stripe; you can enable 3D Secure and pass on transaction fees to the buyer
Online Credit Card Payment (PayPal)
Enter Client ID and Secret to connect PayPal; option to pass on transaction fees
Cash on Delivery
Once enabled, customers can choose "Cash on Delivery" at checkout
In-store / Cash (Face-to-face Payment)
Once enabled, customers can choose to pay at a designated store or meet-up location
Custom Payment Methods
You can add up to 5 custom payment methods (PayMe, FPS, FPS, WeChat Pay, Alipay)

Primary Currency

Page note: "This is the online store's primary currency setting. All product prices are based on this currency, and once set it cannot be changed."

Operation RecommendationsFor Hong Kong stores, we recommend enabling at least: Bank Transfer + Credit Card (Stripe) + PayMe (custom). At least 1 payment method must be enabled, otherwise customers cannot check out.
