Daily sales reports, top products, traffic sources and conversion rates at a glance

Entering the Page

In the left main menu, click "My Shop", then select "Statistics". Once inside, the top displays: Statistics. The title shows "(Estimated removal date: TBA)" next to it.

To be replacedThe system has announced this page will be replaced by "Analytics Center (new statistics)". The new page supports custom date ranges, payment method breakdowns, new vs returning customer analysis, and other granular dimensions. We recommend getting used to "My Shop → Analytics Center" early.

Last updated
Shows the last time the report was refreshed (YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss).
Refresh button
Forces a report refresh; the button shows a loading state when clicked.

Today's Key Metrics

Today's Orders
Total number of orders today.
Today's Revenue
Total revenue amount today.
Today's Active Members
Number of members who logged in to the shop today.
Site Page Views
Cumulative total page views.
Product Views
Cumulative product page views.

Chart Section

The revenue chart shows the revenue trend over a chosen period, defaulting to a weekly view (Monday through Sunday).

Below the revenue chart are visitor and order charts shown side-by-side (stacked on mobile): the visitor chart shows daily visitor counts across the week; the order chart shows daily order counts. Service-type stores also see an extra "Subscription Statistics" heading.

Product View Counts

Shown only on e-commerce plans. Lists the most-viewed products in a table, ranked by view count.

Tips & Tracking Tools

The page shows a red note "* Statistics are refreshed every 10 minutes" and provides a tracking tools panel: "Connect Google or Facebook for more precise data". You can connect Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc. (see the "Apps → Tracking Tools" chapter for details).

Recommended UsageFor daily browsing of today's performance and weekly trends, this page is sufficient. For month-end reconciliation, deep payment method analysis, repurchase rate tracking, or new member growth, we recommend switching to "My Shop → Analytics Center" instead.
