Physical store sales: orders, checkout, receipt printing, barcode management

Entering the Page

From the left main menu, click "POS". Requires a plan with POS enabled. The POS interface is presented in full screen, and the left main menu collapses automatically.

POS Store Login and Staff Login

  1. POS Store LoginSelect the POS store you want to log into and enter that store's password (if set). One shop owner can create multiple POS stores to represent different branches or different checkout counters.
  2. POS Staff LoginSelect a staff account and enter the staff password; the system records loginedStaffID, and subsequent orders are attributed to this staff member. When shifts change, log out and another staff member can log in.

Order Process

  1. Select ProductsManual search (enter name/code in the search bar) / barcode scan (USB barcode scanner or phone camera) / click product thumbnail.
  2. Add to CartSelect options (colour / size), set quantity, and confirm to add to cart.
  3. CheckoutClick the "Checkout" button, select payment method (per the methods enabled in "Settings → Payment Settings") and shipping method (in-store pickup / POS shipping, etc.).
  4. (Optional) Link MemberYou can link a member account or keep it as a guest order.
  5. Confirm and Collect PaymentConfirm amount + collect payment; the system prompts "Order successfully created"; receipt can be printed.

Product Barcode Management

Access via the "Products → Products → Product Barcodes" button. New products must be saved before barcodes can be generated.

Upload Barcode
Select a product + use a barcode scanner to scan the physical barcode label; the barcode number is automatically written to that product
Download Barcode
Select a product + click download; the system generates a printable PDF barcode label; you can download multiple at once
Restock (via Barcode)
In "Restock" mode, scan the products to restock, enter the quantity to add, and click "Update Inventory" to confirm

Operation RecommendationsWhen activating POS for a new store, contact customer support to set up the POS store and staff. Print a batch of barcode labels right after creating new products to avoid manually searching every time you take an order. POS sales share inventory with the online store; we recommend reconciling weekly. For multi-branch operations, set up a separate POS store for each branch.
