Accessing the page
From the left main menu, click 'Promotions', then select 'Custom Site Code'. Once inside, the top displays: Custom Site Code (For Technical Personnel Only). The page is divided into two input sections: 'Custom Head Code' and 'Custom Body Code'.
Custom Head Code
Enter the code you want to add to the <head> section (e.g., meta tags, CSS links, JS preload). The page warns: '<script> headers are not valid in Head, please place them in Body Code.'
Custom Body Code
Enter the code you want to add to the <body> section (e.g., third-party Chat tools, tracking scripts, cookie consent prompts). Saved settings take effect on the storefront immediately.
Suitable Use Cases

Important notesThis feature is intended for technical personnel only. Incorrect HTML/JS code may cause display issues on the storefront. If you are unfamiliar with coding, please consult a technician first. If you have already connected GA, Pixel, etc. via 'Site Tracking Tools', do not duplicate them here. All <script> tags should be placed in Body Code.
