Accessing the Page

From the left main menu, click "Marketing", then select "Stored Credits System". Once inside, the top displays: Stored Credits System. The page shows the description: "Top-up options are displayed on the checkout page, allowing customers to instantly top up and purchase points."

Master Switch

An "Enable Stored Credits" toggle is at the top of the page. When enabled, top-up options appear on the checkout page; when disabled, they are hidden but the settings are preserved.

Tier Settings

Each tier represents a top-up plan. You can configure multiple tiers for customers to choose from (e.g., top up HK$500 / HK$1000 / HK$2000). Click "Create Tier" to add manually, or use "Generate Tiers with Helper" to automatically generate multiple tiers based on the entered exchange rate and bonus percentage.

Calculation Formula$1 buys [exchange rate] + [exchange rate] x [bonus %] of store credit. Example: with an exchange rate of 1 and 10% bonus, $1 buys 1 + 0.1 = 1.1 points of store credit.

Operational TipsTier design should progressively increase the bonus rebate from low amounts (HK$500) to high amounts (HK$5000+). Notes that highlight actual savings (e.g., "Top up HK$2000 and get an extra HK$300") are more attractive than abstract percentages. If both Store Credit Cashback and Stored Credits are enabled simultaneously, clearly explain both rules in the store FAQ.
