Entering the Page
From the left main menu, click "Orders", then "Modify Product Orders". You can bulk-edit the products in an order.
Important NoticeAfter modifying products in an order, the system will not automatically restore stock or store credit; you must manually adjust the "Stock" page and the customer's store-credit records.
Edit Order Flow
- Find the order and click "Edit Order"Find the order to modify in the order list and click "Edit Order" to enter edit mode.
- Adjust products in edit modeYou can change product quantities, remove a product (click "Remove product" next to it), modify product prices, or add extra products.
- Click SaveClick "Save" to confirm changes when done.
Split Order
For a large order containing multiple independent orders, use "Split Order" to break it into multiple separate orders:
- Click "Split Order"Click the "Split Order" button on the order in the list.
- Pick products to separateCheck the products to move into the new order.
- System creates a new orderThe system creates a new order and removes the separated products from the original.
