- Customer Message Entry Point:At the bottom of the order page, customers see a message area where they can submit questions instantly (e.g., asking about shipping date or requesting an address change).
- Reply Notifications:Once you reply on this page, the message area on the customer's order page updates instantly and an email notification is sent.
- Conversation History Preserved:All messages on a single order are listed chronologically; both your and the customer's conversation are fully preserved.
