Entering the Page
From the left main menu, click "Products", then "Product Category Management". The page header reads: Product Category Management. System note: "When a category is removed, its products are automatically moved to 'All Products'."
The page has two modes: standard mode (table-based per-category editing) and sort mode (drag to reorder).

How to Set Up Sub-categories
Click to open a help dialog showing how to use the ">>>" delimiter to create sub-categories, e.g., "Main Category A>>>Sub-category A1"
Sort Settings
Click to enter sort mode and drag to reorder categories
Edit Language (dropdown)
Switch the currently editing language version. If there are unsaved changes, the system pops up a "Switch Edit Mode" dialog warning "(Unsaved data will be lost)"
Table Columns
Display Order
Display order number for the category (1, 2, 3...)
Image
Category cover image; can be drag-uploaded or removed
Category Management
Category name input field, up to 100 characters; placeholder reads "Less than 30 characters"
Product Count
Number of products in the category; click to jump to that category's product list
Actions
Save changes, copy category link, delete, pin to top
Adding a New Category
- Enter the new category name in the blank rowWhen the page loads, the system automatically appends a blank row at the bottom of the table; type the new category name in the "Category Management" column of that row.
- Upload a category image (optional)Drag and drop an image into the "Image" column.
- Click "Save Changes"On success, the system shows "New category added" and appends another blank row at the bottom.
Only One Category Can Be Added at a TimeThe bottom of the page reads "You can only add the next category after saving the latest one." Make sure the previous category is saved before adding another.
Category Name Limits
- Character Limit:Up to 100 characters; recommended to keep under 30
- Uniqueness:Cannot be empty, duplicated, or contain percent signs (%)
- Minimum Count:Your store must keep at least one category
- Deletion Limits:If the category still contains products, deletion shows "Category still has products and cannot be deleted"
Differences Between Main, Sub, and Three-level Categories

Three Ways to Reorder in Sort Mode
- Drag to ReorderLong-press the drag handle or row, then drag up or down to the desired position.
- Type the NumberEnter the target number directly in the "Order" column; press Enter or click elsewhere to confirm.
- One-click Top or BottomIn the "Actions" column, click "Pin to Top" or "Send to Bottom".
