Booking Records

Booking Records lists every customer reservation with status updates (Pending / Completed / Cancelled), filtering by date, plus table and calendar display modes.

Entering the Page

Click the Booking Records tab on the booking service edit page, or enter via the dedicated entry. Once inside, the top displays: Booking Records.

Display Mode Switch

ModeDisplay Method
Table ModeDisplays booking records one by one in list format; suitable for reconciliation and bulk processing
Calendar ModeDisplays in monthly calendar format, making it easy to see daily booking status at a glance; suitable for scheduling and confirming the day's workload

Includes a View button that opens the booking details window
Status Change NotesThe Set as Completed and Set as Cancelled actions are irreversible; please confirm before executing.

Customer-Side Display (Booking System)

  • Booking Service PageAfter clicking a booking service link, customers will see the background image, service title, description, address, and other information, and can choose available booking dates and time slots.
  • Time Slot SelectionThe system automatically lists time slots that still have availability for the day; fully booked slots are shown in grey or marked as No Available Time Slots.
  • Post-Submission NotificationAfter submission, customers receive a confirmation email; once the shop owner updates the status to Completed or Cancelled, customers will receive the corresponding notification email.
